Remember everything you read , listen to, or hear has a positive side to it. Often we see or hear what we want to hear and block everything else out.

That can be both a good and bad trait. Good because you can block out the negative, but also bad because you can also be close minded when it comes to hearing what you need to hear to make positive changes in your like.

Life is built on being open to changes that can make your life better. You just have to be willing to open yourself up and be open minded when youhear about something you know nothing about. Always be willing to do your due dilligence to educate yourself.
