health treatment, financial advice, hospitality, car rental, air travel, and
professional services. It's not the actual product you're buying but the experience you receive on vacation, the ROI with financial advice. and the personal touch with professional services(that they're not just a number to the person you're working with).

Service Marketing Strategy focuses on the intangibles and experiences you'll receive. Because competition is growing between small businesses, customer service has become the best way to get and hold a customer long term.

At the center of the 7 P's is the customer you want to develop that relationship with. How you reach them starts with the way you promote your product, what kind of products or you offer, the price for the product is the perceived value to the customer, how they get the product when they purchase it---(physically from a store or digital download from their computer}, who is the target audience for the product, and what type of product is it.

Take the Time to Put Together Your Plan

Take the time figure out who your target market is. Look at the diagram above and then plug in and build a strategy for a service marketing plan for your business.

What makes you stand out from your competition?

What benefits does your product have over you competitors products?

How will you deliver your products or services to your customers?

Will you delivering more value for the price?

How will you be promoting your products?

Do yousee your customers as people first with feeling and emotions just like you?

How you treat your customers as prospects and build that relationship with them first determines whether or not they become long term customers or not!
