How Do You Decide What to Work On Next in Your Niche?
Hi everyone,
In our niche journey, there’s always something new we can create. It could be a post, a video, an update, or a fresh idea waiting to be explored. But deciding what to work on next isn’t always easy.
For me, I don’t follow a strict formula. Most of the time, I rely on intuition and research to guide my next steps. The exceptions are the annual golf ball review season, which always brings new releases, and the comparison posts that follow. Other than that, it’s often a mix of planning and going with what feels right at the moment.
How about you?
- How do you decide what to work on next in your niche?
- Do you plan ahead, or do you mostly go with instinct and inspiration?
I’d love to hear how you approach this part of the process. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, and that’s what makes it interesting.
Thanks for reading,
Dan

Mostly, I brainstorm with AI and create a schedule. However, that's not always that easy to follow every plan when things begin to cross path with the plans, but that's how I know what to work on next. I mix. I plan and also go with what comes if it fits in.
For example, I didn't know Jaaxy was to be released yesterday. I did plan my content. But when it went live, I tried it and wrote ten new posts not in my plan.
Hi John, thank you for your comment. You are right, it is not always easy to follow plans. But, you have a solid process when deciding what to work on next. Having ten new posts must have felt great, considering they were unexpected.
You're most welcome. Let's keep learning, working, earning and sharing our experiences with others in our reach.
