will i be asked to upgrade beyond the premium package?
Hi. is the 47 odd the only fee here?

There is no upgrade beyond the premium package. Some people choose to have a professional keyword tool Jaaxy account but quite honestly the free keyword tool does what it says on the tin it is a bit slower and you do get more information with Jaaxy but you certainly don't need it. The only other addition that you may choose to have which is nothing to do with wealthy affiliates is you may choose to purchase a domain name which typically is less than $15
