Once cancelled you cannot get charged, however not to say that your credit card info would be erased from their system, I would not know about that, you would have to follow by writing to Billing or follow up with the co-founders Kyle and Carson.

Were you in the earlier Black Friday plan, John? If so, you wouldn't want to lose that deal for sure! Did you click on your account settings? There should be a way for you to substitute a different card. If not, or if it is not working for you, I would be contacting either Kyle or Carson to see what is up, my friend! I realize you probably have, but that is what I would continue to do!

I understand your frustration, Jon.
However, I'm not clear about what it is you want to do.

If you have a card on record for payment purposes, the money will be extracted either monthly, or annually, based on how you pay for membership.

Speaking of which, black Friday is coming soon, with a fantastic offer to pay less for the annual membership rather than the monthly membership.

If you want to continue to be a member, I believe that you need to have a card on file to pay for your premium membership.

I would address Kyle directly about this matter. You can send him a private message by going to his profile. He does receive a number of messages, so I suggest using All Caps in the subject line to get his attention more quickly.

Hi - as far as I know, you can't remove payment information without replacing it with something else.

Do you plan on continuing your membership? If so, then simply add your desired payment method.

If you wish to end your membership then click on Cancel Billing.

You can also go to wealthyaffiliate.com/contact and select Billing to discuss this further.

Hi Jon, I have been here for over 5 years. I have left and come back 2-3 times. I have never had an issue where they charge me after I cancel my subscription.

If for some reason the payment is charged after cancellation, I am almost positive they will have no problem with refunding the payment.

Go into your profile, account settings, then on the left should be a box, click on subsciptions. You should be able to update your payment method there.

Click your profile pic top right then go to account settings then subscription you can update your payment method there.

Hi - it should be added automatically unless your theme doesn't support it. Or, if you published as a page rather than a post, then it won't be date stamped.

Good question. With the new face of WA, there may be a way to find your posted comments. Otherwise, I haven't found my own replies without checking my email to search for replies to my comment, or to follow a recent post where I've commented.
