An Old Dog Learns New Tricks

This morning I finished Lesson 10 in the second certification series, and it appears as if I am about to learn how to monetize my site. I just want to say thank you to everyone who has reached out to me thus far at WA. I thought it was impossible for a 51 year-old with very little computer knowledge to get this far in this short a period of time. You have all helped me to see that I was really wrong. I have actually built a site, have written some content, and feel more confident in my ability to learn new things than ever before. I still have a lot to learn, but I am excited and cannot wait to see what my future holds.

In the next few months, I hope to see monetary rewards begin to come my way and I hope to be able to spend more time helping others on this journey. I love helping people with my chiropractic, health and wellness knowledge, and weight loss expertise. I now want to help pay it forward to others who might be in my same shoes. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Old dogs learn new tricks very nicely.

Take my mom for example. Once we all left home, ok she freaked out for a while and then decided to go to college and get a psychology degree, get a new laptop, an iphone and learned how to use all these new things. Not bad for an old bat!

This comes from a little old lady that brought up 3 girls and spent all her time only devoted to her family.

I believe we are capable of whatever we want to achieve, we just need to get our asses into gear once we have set out eyes on it.

Well done and keep on sharing!

Thanks for the comment! I am truly open to learning, and I think my brain feels better when my ass is in gear!

Oh I'm sure it does.

I have a theory about working and getting old. I think when busy people retire and don't have a plan of action.. well they just die.

Probably of boredom or feeling useless?

Heehee. My grandpa was still coming into the family business until he was about 86 years old. He died last year at 94.

That is awesome! I plan on being the oldest practicing female chiropractor someday!! I have to be doing something productive and helpful to feel like I'm not just taking up space on the planet!!

Yes, and I remember at Primary school one of my close friends had a granny that was always spoken about. She was called the Galloping Granny hahaha... http://www.mavis-hutchison.com/

That's cool. I'll check her out!!
