Yes I am an Empath and always have been!
Mental, Physical, Spiritual and Emotional Health are literally everything, to me at least and especially now in my life!
Most Men and Women do not talk about this at all and suffer quietly!
I never understood, completely that is, depression, sadness, high anxiety, loneliness, abandonment feelings, guilt and so many more emotions until a few years ago! I do now! I sought help and help it did!
Without going into details all I want to do is pass on a simple yet vital message:
If you find yourself in a situation you think you just cannot handle and it becomes so overwhelming that it begins to run your every moment of every day, hour, minute then seek help! Call a friend, a family member, speak to your significant other or a Hot Line and TALK! People will listen and people will help!
GOOD PEOPLE will ALWAYS LISTEN and ALWAYS HELP!
You are not alone is what I am trying to say!
No matter how UP people say they are or show they are we all have our own Stuff!
Just don't let it get to the point where it ruins your daily life!
