To break your bad habits...you will have to be honest with yourself. The little things matter most so change your behaviors. Create new habits by eliminating the bad habits. The start will be the hardest part. You have to remember that you are responsible for your own life. Recreate yourself through small mini habits and move with some form of consistency. Stop procrastinating... take action. Nothing will change for the better until you do.

Make a decision and quit the wrong things now. Show some discipline and work hard every day. Discipline is training. Discipline is your best friend. Discipline will take care of you better than any one can. Good habits is great energy. Inspire to make a difference and make things count by breaking your bad habits.
