How can we target an audience in need?

Hello everybody. It has been a long time since i have touched base with you all, I hope your businesses are thriving. i need to ask this question, not only for myself, but for all those people that cannot sleep with a roof over their head tonight. Everything lately has gone through some big changes.. Landlords are tightening the screws harder than ever. Fuel is through the roof. Groceries are just as bad. Rental properties are scarce, and of course the floods have inundated caravan parks with overloaded accomodation situations. The question i have everyone is. How can we, well target this type of audience is not the right word. I would rather use the word help this type of audience. These people desparately need our help probably more than ever, but how can we reach them., and open their minds to what may be a better way To say this may be challenging would be an understatement. If anyone has any feedback on this subject. I would like to hear from you. Thankyou,
