Looking towards the near future

These past couple of months, so much has been going on in my life that has been a major distraction to me following through with my website. Death of my father, loss of my car, loss of a relationship, and health concerns with my mother.

I'm still looking forward to WA to help me stay focused, but have to admit it's been real hard.

I came across a post that I read about setting up a schedule/goals for the week ahead, day-by-day. I realize the importance of having goals and making a schedule to achieve those goals.

Although this time in my life is really trying, I will concentrate on sheduling these goals to keep it all in perspective.

Two questions I ask:

1. Is it a good idea to submerge oneself into something like WA to help deal with trying issues in one's life?

2. Has anyone else have any trying life experiences in your life, and what did you do to get past them?
