1.My website is Chinese, should I add "Private policy" to my website?
2.If YES, should I translate it to Chinese, or if there is a Chinense version?
Every website would need a privacy policy if you are just targeted Chinese visitors then translate to Chinese... alternatively add a plugin that allows the visitor to translate the text.

Hi Doris, I think mcb247 has said it best. Yes every website needs to have a privacy policy.
WA does provide you with a great template where you just add your information. Like Martin has stated where is your target audience and has referred to a plugin.

You can go to a WA member's profile, scroll down and look on the right-hand sidebar for the Follow me on section. Those members who want to share their sites, and social media accounts will have that section completed.
