You should do what you feel is best for you Andy. This study doesn't say that the weekends are the only time you get shares just that ones published on them get more shares. Your niche may read and share on other days. I agree that you should write when the feelings are there and the creative juices are flowing. You can publish just after writing or you could wait and publish on the weekend but do what works best for you.
