Work flow: Work with Claude to create a new direct-mail campaign to my mailing list of former renters. Worked on his suggestions, edited photos with WA photo tool (had it clean up an existing photo to remove some extraneous characters, make the shot more vivid.) Worked on the phrasing of the email (I was going WAAAY off the mark, shortened it way down and let my existing website do all the heavy lifting.) Inquired as to the best time to send it, set up the email schedule and let it happen.
Today, I get an email inquiring about the rental. Worked out the details directly. Got my payment. Bing Bang Boom, done.
Now, time for a martini.
