I understand how frustrating it can be for a website to be offline when you need it up and well. A website is your shop, your digital signpost.
Wishing this can be fixed as soon as possible.

The site support is currently still working on this problem. My WP dashboard is out and I cannot get in. long story short :-) thanks again for reaching out
Glad they are working on it. At least you make a bit clearer now (You can't log in to WordPress).
But to make it even clearer, does it mean you can see the website "Details" at all? Or you can see them but when you click on the "Log In" button it sends you an error? If it sends an error, what exactly does it say?
You have said the story has to be short, but we want the problem resolved as soon as possible.
Again, if Site Support is working on it, keep us informed.

Site support helped me and connected one person to my problem. They found the problem, which was a plugin that deleted me for entering my Wordpress. All is well now. I was desperate and reached out everywhere

For example, instead of saying, "Nobody is helping me," try saying, "I can't login to WordPress...it's saying..."
Someone is likely to have had experienced the same issue before, and more importantly, learned how to fix it, so they can now help.
We all learn through experience, and experience is the worst teacher.

Hi, as we have chatted earlier, I suggest you make the questions very brief and 'specific' to the 'point' to get helped fast and quickly.
It seems impossible to 'get help soon' when nobody understands exactly what you need help with.
For example, you said WordPress is not installed, was Site Support able to install it for you? It's strange though because it should be installed automatically.
Again, as I advised you (in the chat) a few days ago, I hope your gig guy (Upwork) didn't deleted your WordPress, especially if they don't know what they are doing.
I would advise you stick to Site Support and our community for advice. We have people here, (me included), that if you are 'specific' enough you can get helped in seconds.

No he has not deleted anything and for now I cannot even give him access. And no one is answering anything I reached out to Kyle and Carson and still no answer I have tried to find online support anywhere and this is my question to all of you. I cannot get help in here because no one answer and no one want to give their websites out so people understand. thank you but I cannot use this help that you are saying, I need more deeper help right now since everthing is not working

sorry I am really P....ed and now this is really getting to my health and everything. I am not a tech person and I need one for live chat to solve this and no one knows anyone. it is crazy that when I started here everyone talks about how helpfull everyone is and still I am stuck here without. yes you want to help but this means I need to write you a novel about all that happened and then the whole day goes again. I really just need online support some how
My websites are just fine, so no need to share them. It's your website that needs a doctor.

Navigate to Websites => SiteManager to see all your websites listed. This is where you can see if a website exists of not.

The recipient would be the person you're trying to contact, so for technical issues regarding your site, just click on the help tab up top and start a Site Support ticket. That's what they're there for :)

Use the Live Chat at the right side as you're having problems sending your message. Just type your question where you have "Say something" and click on Send.
You can go to the recipient profile space and click the blue message button; that's done for you.
