The ART of Life.

      The ART of life is an Awareness Reflecting Truth. We can learn and understand so much more about human nature and behaviour by having a close, deep, honest and sincere scrutiny of ourselves. In evaluating our past experiences (all experiences are past), and present circumstances: our aspirations, achievements,disappointments,decisions, desires, dreams, feelings,emotions, passions, purposes, pursuits, mistakes, misfortunes, tragedies, triumphs and victories; sooner than later we come to the realisation of the extent to which we mirror and reflect each other.

      You are me and I am you, but you are not me and I am not you, and you can never ever be me and I can never ever be you! It is the great paradox of life that we as human beings are all one and the same (and like all existence come from one and the same universal source) and  at the same time, however, we are also all uniquely different: none like us, neither before, now, or ever will be.

      One of the first challenges of life is an awareness and identity of self, then to know oneself and being true to same. Being true to oneself, is the first and most important step towards self improvement, to harness that power within, to try and maximise and realise one's fullest and unlimited potential.
