That very much depends on your objective and your time frame. Paid traffic works very quickly and organic traffic takes a lot longer. Never rely on one resource take your time go through the lessons and learn four or five traffic methods thoroughly and then you can dominate any niche

I personally feel the best way is through SEO, the reason why is because if you're able to rank high for a keyword that someone is looking for, you can deliver in a relevant way info that people are looking for.

social sites, ppc, email marketing, video marketing are all great too, but for me I feel SEO is the best way.
