Hand and power tools seem to be a part of our everyday lives and help us to perform jobs that would be difficult or impossible. We need to keep in mind that whether, hand or power tools, both can be hazardous and cause severe injuries if used or maintained improperly. Everyone that uses tools needs to provide themselves with appropriate protective equipment to guard against injury and ware suitable eye, ear and face protection. Inspecting the tool before using it and using the right tool for the job can go a long way for improving safety on the project.
