Grow coaching model is a simple process that can help you and your people, in case you have team, to acheave and set goals . The model is standing for :

Goal - Establish the SMART goal.

Reality- Examine the current reality.

Options/Obsticles - Explore,brainstorm,disscus,decide as many good options as possible.

Will/Way Froward- Commit to specific actions in order to go way forward.

It is good to constantly ask yourself some key questions that will help you define every step and make jurney to your desired destination.

• Does this goal fit with my overall career objectives? And does it fit with the team's objectives?
• What is happening now (what, who, when, and how often)? What is the effect or result of this?
• What are the advantages and disadvantages of each option?
• How to keep myself motivated?
• Should I review my actions daily? Weekly? Monthly?

I found this method helpful during my progress on making website and getting introduced with affiliate marketing. In fact I found it very aplicable in various situations so I hope it will be of use to you too!
