Journalin Progress #2
Another regular check in so if you're reading this I hope I can help you see the same things I've seen over the past few weeks. This last week in particular I've overcome a few things that my emotions and fears were keeping me back from.
#1 hitting milestones of any kind are important. Over the last few days my site has gotten over 100 views in a week for the first time, I've gotten clicks on my affiliate links/ads, and my followings on social media are growing faster than ever. While this hasn't lead to much money being made it's an obvious sign that success is coming. If I keep pushing milestones, with time I will see more and more numbers turning up the way I want.
#2 Writing is your friend. Stressing over keywords is definitely part of the job but so is being passionate about your content. I've kept myself to 2 articles a week focused on keywords and the other 3 articles have been about whatever I wanted them to be. This keeps things fresh and fun while also hitting goals for the algorithm.
#3 reading the blogs on WA. This was a part of the job I didn't really understand until I saw how important the community is to everyone's success. Just reading about people hitting goals can motivate me to write that article I was avoiding writing. Plus you never know what nugget of knowledge they may pass on to you.
Thanks for reading if you got this far and thanks to me for keeping up the hardwork. One question I do have is what goals did anyone else set for themselves after getting their first sale to help them get more?
