Hi Guys I keep forgetting where to go with the WA. By clearing my Cache I do not mean the Google side of clear history and the Browser. Trying to do some work within WordPress
Go to site manager but instead of logging into your website click details on the right. Scroll down a bit and you will see cache click that when the green arrow appears you have cleared your website cache.
You can do that as much as you wish

the cache within wa on the server should automatically update changes - it does fail sometimes...
as Andre says it is websites>>sitemanager>>details - scroll down a bit to hte sitespeed section and clear cache button....
the main one i find is the browser cache - by hitting ctrl+f5 this is updated on the page you are viewing....
