Just a Quick Screaming Into the Void Update
I'm doing less screaming. I have thirty rough ideas to play with that I need to jot down. After watching some training videos I found, I think I have a better idea of HOW I want to approach my reviews.
The only reason for the delay? I realized I had not finished putting together my post for tomorrow! The minute I can replace my weekend job with this affiliate stuff, I'm quitting my weekend job to concentrate on the affiliate stuff.
Which probably won't be until I double my income for this year so I can purchase a pet-friendly condo that is going into one of my preferred areas. The new laws for mortgages are ridiculous. Since I'm a first time home buyer I'll need 25%, and will have to go through my credit union (or through anything except a bank) to get approved for a mortgage.
I mean, I cried when they took away 0% down. It's difficult not to feel just a touch hopeless that I'll actually be able to own real estate of my own.
