First Blog Post Gunna Be About Taxes

I'm proud of myself today. I have been organizing my house, spring-cleaning as it were, for the past few weeks and was panicking about whether or not I'd be able to get my income and outgoing spreadsheets down for last years taxes. For the record, this has nothing to do with WA. I already own two businesses, but I need that extra push in order to finish paying off debt, and have the ability to take more days off than just Christmas and sporadic days.

Today, I sat down after tossing things I didn't need in my office, and organized the mess that it was. That got me in front of my desktop computer and I ended up organizing all my files the way I've been meaning to for the last year! After that I ended up setting up my client schedule for the year, changed clients around into a more cost-effective manner, and then I went through ALL my receipts, and both my bank accounts. Holy man, it took me all day to do and I just finished.

To top it off, I've been meaning to call my insurance company for this years paperwork because I hadn't heard from them. They sent me an e-mail today, so now I just have to stop by the library (no printer here) and fill it out.

Also I discovered that I made almost $7000 more than I thought I would.

Once this week is over, I'll be able to concentrate more on WA. I've been productive here as well, it just is all behind the scenes for the time being. I decided I would outline all the posts I've been thinking of, prior to adding reviews and whatnot.

All our taxes are hidden, no need to fill out tax returns, but we pay taxes on almost everything we consume.no loopholes.

Depends on what country you're in.
In mine, it is required that you claim GST if you're making over $30,000. Since I am through non-WA related work, I will have to claim anything I make while Affiliate Marketing as well - just have to make sure the merchants pay the GST to me.

If it was cash, it would be a different story. =]
