How to boost your ability to remember?
Imagine you are given fifteen seconds to retain a list of twelve items in a room, in which six of them disappear after the seconds have passed. How do you recollect those items? While many people normally would only recollect one or two items, you'd be surprised at how much more that ability improves once you apply a technique called sensory pneumatic.
The idea with using sensory pneumatic is to associate a sound, smell, touch or visual cue with the item that you wish to remember. For example, instead of trying to remember the image of an electric guitar, you could associate it with a guitar rock riff to remember the object; rather than remember theeth, you can click your teeth repeatedly to remember that sound instead. This takes a mental effort to do this at first, but with practice it will become almost unconscious when you do this.
There are many other techniques to improve your short term memory, such as telling a story while you include the items that you need to memorize. I hope this helped! :)
P.S. any advice or critic on this mini article would be appreciated. I grew up despising reading and writing. I wish to improve my writing by spreading good ideas and knowledge. :)

Sorry to hear you grew up despising reading and writing, but you are doing well so keep it up.
I have done this kind of training before for my work, it is an investigation technique employed by the police to enhance memory and pick up on out of place items within a room.
Great blog, thanks.
