I know that WA backup our websites too, but if you want to be 100% sure after a long blogging day that nothing will get lost you should backup after your work on your website.

Why want to move away? For speed reasons? Do you know how often WA backups? I guess daily for every WS?

They back-up every at least 48 hours or less
