Building a website using your domain.
I have my domain and I changed hosting servers as was instructed. Should I wait for 24 hours before I can start building the website? If I understood correctly, we need to wait for 24 hours or so until changes will take place i.e. shifting from one server to another, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Good question: the general rule of thumb is a 'wait of 24-48 hours' to ensure that everything has been 'batched over' so to speak by the servers -- this is the weekend so depending upon the progress, it's hard to say exactly ...
What you might want to do is check your new URL and see if it's up yet ... (your... .... (dot) com address ... )
If not, then, later on Monday would be a safer bet from an operations perspective and also likely very busy ... hope this helps answer your question ...
