So what's on my mind?
I want to give some pointers to new comers who are having a hard time and are getting frustrated. I have been here around 4 months now and have seen lots of questions being asked and want to help.
Recently I have been watching Live Webinar training and have found them very useful and would like to pass that information on to you all.

Much of the time we can't view the "live" webinars but are grateful for the "reruns". Sometimes watching a "rerun" is better in many ways, besides getting a break to answer Telephone, door, etc. You can back it up and review something you didn't understand the first time.
