Find a profitable niche!
So, here's an interesting idea on how to find a profitable niche, that you can see is actually making money!
You may have heard of Flippa.com, which is a platform for selling websites.
But, did you know you can use it for research?
Let's take a look, you will need to sign up to Flippa, but it's free.
On their homepage, use the search bar to enter a niche you are interested in.
Let's try fitness.
Now, there are 103 results, but we need to narrow this down, so use the filters to ask for revenue-generating sites only.
That brings it down to 46, so, add another filter.
Select Websites only.
And finally, narrow it down to Blog and Review, as that is the primary method taught here at WA.
We now have 9 websites that meet all our criteria and are generating revenue.
Let's sort them by most profitable.
So, the most profitable site in the fitness niche that is currently up for sale is making $1339 per month, and it's only a year old!
That is pretty amazing really!
If you click view listing, you can get a lot more information about the site.
And, of course, you now know the name of the site and can take a look to see what they are doing!
Can you create something similar?
Thanks for reading!

I did research for the make money online niche and got zero! Does that mean the Make money online niche is not a profitable niche?
Hi - no, there could be several reasons for this.
This is just one website selling platform, there are hundreds, so sites could be listed elsewhere.
Or maybe the sites are making a good monthly income, and the owners don't want to sell them.
Or maybe, they are categorised as another niche.
Always so creative and generous to boot!!
Thank you for sharing your unique strategies!

I've used Flippa, Diane but it never occurred to me that it could be a niche research tool. What a great idea. And yes, there are ideas to be picked up from the dominium site as well (especially for me, as I have a couple of sites in the fitness area myself).
