ChatGPT: Bullet Points for Content Ideas
Last Update: Mar 21, 2023
So, once you have found your keyword, perhaps you struggle to come up with the steps to structure your content.
This prompt is not designed to give you actual bullet points to add to your post, but to give you an idea of how to set it out, and what you can write about.
Let's see it in action!
Here's the prompt -
[Give bullet points, step by step process] how to create a WordPress website
Just before I show you the results, you will notice I have given ChatGPT the specific instructions inside square brackets, followed by the keyword I would be targeting.
This seems to emphasise and separate the instructions from the topic, giving better results.
I have just screenshot my original prompt, plus the first 6 bullet points.
But ChatGPT actually gave 10 bullet points.
Can you see how each of the bullet points could be a subheading?
Even if you were to only write 100 words for each subheading, that's 1000 words, plus you need an introduction and conclusion.
Or, depending on the output, each bullet point could be an idea for 10 individual posts!
I have actually upgraded to the Plus version of ChatGPT, if anybody has questions about it.
Thanks for reading!

Hi Diane,
Have you noticed that with the Plus version, you can use GPT4? It is a bit glitchy now and then but seems to have a better understanding, although slower.
I thought I would mention it in case you didn't see it.
Have you tried it yet?
What do you think?
Have a wonderful day!
Hi, yes, I have had a play with GPT4, but it's certainly not capable of everything that was promised, as of yet.
The main reason I upgraded was guaranteed access at any time, and the fact that GPT3.5 is lightning fast!
Hi Diane,
I did for the same reason.
I still mostly use the 3.5 version as well. But I also check in on v4 now and then to see how it is going.
Have a wonderful day!
Thanks. So the main reason is to use chat gpt for finding sub headings? So all I would have to do is put in my search query?
There are a million things you can do with ChatGPT to increase your productivity!
The above is just one suggestion.
You type the exact prompt in the square brackets, and then add the keyword or the topic you want to write about.
Now if I want just sub headings and not bullet points what should I write in the box? Subheadings for an article
Something similar, such as -
[Suggest 3 subheadings] how to create a WordPress website
[Write 4 subheadings, formed as questions] how to create a WordPress website

I have used AI and like that a lot (if we forget that you need, as always, to check all things, but that will not change in some years).
That is free, so do you know if ChatGPT is so much better that you have the real benefit of using it?
I use it only to get ideas, like a sub, sum up things, etc. But the general knowledge of AI has surprised me. But if you want knowledge about details, it is not strong.
Hi - I am very happy to have upgraded at $20 per month.
It is lightning fast, with no downtime, and you have access at all times, even when it's busy.
Plus, it includes the next-generation GPT4 and priority access to any further updates.
