What If?
What if you
- make the decision to build your affiliate site to succeed
find time to study and learn the process
schedule time to work on your site - refuse to give up when the going gets difficult
- ask for help when you need it
- keep moving forward, even when the progress is slow
"Influential people are never satisfied with the status quo. They're the ones who constantly ask, 'What if?' and 'Why not?' They're not afraid to challenge conventional wisdom, and they don't disrupt things for the sake of being disruptive; they do it to make things better."
--- Travis Bradberry
Often it seems that I have to try a few closed doors before I get to the open one. That can be frustrating, but then I remember that it's just a number. I don't always know which number will be the unlocked door. It would be nice to know! But if I imagine that the number is 100, then if it's only 27, it's a nice surprise!
Those closed doors are things that don't work for whatever reason. Maybe they aren't really doors but merely painted that way. Perhaps they are locked and it's not my door to unlock. That's all good. I'm looking for the one that unlocks for me to find my next step, my treasure.
The truth is, we just have to keep trying!
Persistence brings the ultimate payoff.

My favorite Star Wars quote is from the diminutive yet very wise Yoda.
“Do. Or do not. There is no try.”
Master Yoda, in The Empire Strikes Back
Trying implies that we might actually fail. "I'll try" says that I might. By instead thinking that "I will" you don't leave the option for failure.
What if your wedding vows said, "We'll give this a try and see if it works."?
Should a surgeon begin cutting with the statement, "Let's try to see if we can do this procedure."?
If I need surgery, I'd rather have a confident surgeon who believes he can do it.
Our lives are like that. If we start something with the intent to "give it a try," we are implying that we are open to failure. That might be fine for making a trial run of a souffle but I would not want to use that thought process when creating a special event dinner for guests.
So perhaps we should forget the saying, "Keep Trying."
Let's keep motivated with "Keep Moving Forward!"
For with forward movement, we will each ou goals!
Are you planning to TRY to make your affiliate business work? Instead, consider stating you WILL make it work!
