Marching forward into March- March On!
Marching into March
As I write this, it is the end of February. In our time zone, we have but a few hours remaining. Some of you have already entered the new month.
At the end of each month, I like to take a moment to consider what I accomplished in the now past month. I've already laid out plans for the new month ahead, but it's good to give them a final edit at this point.
Am I expecting too much? Or maybe I need to aim a little higher?
In Florida, March usually brings spring-like weather. This year, February decided to skip right over Spring and give us those higher summer temperatures with bright sunshine.
I'm not complaining. I grew up in the snow belt. Although I like Spring, I'll take summer over snow and ice any day.
So now I'm doing that final edit of March as I finish up February.
I think I have high but realistic goals set for the month. If I reach them, I will be quite happy. And I'm already thinking ahead toward the next few months.
March seems like a good name for this month.
I burst into January with some new plans. I did manage to accomplish most of what I set out to do. February provided a few snags, so I'm not quite where I had hoped to be.
This is indeed a perfect time to get back in step and MARCH forward toward more goals!

The old saying that March comes in like a lamb and goes out like a lion usually applies to the weather. But it might apply to our blogs, too. We can ease into our plans and make a roaring exit into April!
When you reach your success for the month, you can MARCH right onto your WA blog and PARADE your successes for all of us to see!

Marching onward... I am determined to finish cleaning u my office (mostly done) and to get back to my memoir about my dad.
Yes, I have a bit more straightening up to do on my desk area, too. It seems to have developed a vacuum-like effect for attracting little extras!
Diane, this is one thing that I constantly do on a monthly basis.
I find it rather reflective and soothing because this shows and monitor my progress and may or may not indicate improvement
Very well stated, Simone. I like to see the progress I've made (or not made) so I can adjust my path along the way.
