Marching into March

As I write this, it is the end of February. In our time zone, we have but a few hours remaining. Some of you have already entered the new month.

At the end of each month, I like to take a moment to consider what I accomplished in the now past month. I've already laid out plans for the new month ahead, but it's good to give them a final edit at this point.

Am I expecting too much? Or maybe I need to aim a little higher?

In Florida, March usually brings spring-like weather. This year, February decided to skip right over Spring and give us those higher summer temperatures with bright sunshine.

I'm not complaining. I grew up in the snow belt. Although I like Spring, I'll take summer over snow and ice any day.

So now I'm doing that final edit of March as I finish up February.

I think I have high but realistic goals set for the month. If I reach them, I will be quite happy. And I'm already thinking ahead toward the next few months.

March seems like a good name for this month.

I burst into January with some new plans. I did manage to accomplish most of what I set out to do. February provided a few snags, so I'm not quite where I had hoped to be.

This is indeed a perfect time to get back in step and MARCH forward toward more goals!

The old saying that March comes in like a lamb and goes out like a lion usually applies to the weather. But it might apply to our blogs, too. We can ease into our plans and make a roaring exit into April!
