How to start your morning motivated and productive? Specially for keeping up a new lifestyle
Good day for those who is also at GMT+8, morning from Diana, I was also struggling for Monday morning, you know, it's Monday.
And for keeping up my intermmitent fasting four times a week (which I would talk about more in the later blog), I normally start Monday to Thursday and try to maintain at least 18:6. So here's my everyday "breakfast", a good nice, strong black coffee. Maybe I'll have another one around noon before I break my fast.

I believe the most productive and motivated way to keep a lifestyle is to be consistent. And so as for any kind of goal, mission and commitment.
As I mentioned previously, I'm a full-time gaming laptop PM and also working on my Master degree in engineering focusing on project management, time is even more precious for me.
I managed to work 9-6 (actually mostly 9-7), Monday to Friday, keeping my school grades
6-7(for those who's from the UK, you know what 6-7 means)
I like to keep two physical calenders with me at the same time; one tha only listed the monthly items, and another one would allow me to break down what a day would look like. I prefer to write all them down instead of typing on my phone as it would give me the sense of "listing" and I found it really helps.

Bear with my writing, I just want to give you an idea haha. I tried to write down every single items from the morning and keep adding if needed along the way.
Now, I'm not thinking to give a very detailed blog since its Monday morning...

I've been drinking black coffee lately too and also find it more energizing that when you put stuff in it. Sometimes I might put a tablespoon of honey.

I'm not big on breakfast myself and I hate having to get up to prepare food, lol. Usually I have oatmeal which I do overnight so they're already ready. I thought to get frozen fruit this week but that was a bad idea because I can't eat frozen fruit right away.
My breakfast game is a struggle...

Haha, I am used to having a black coffee to start my day, if it's not for you, try to add a splash of soy/almond milk.
