Today, was a exciting day for me. First off its my grandma's 90th birthday. Well technically, while I was writing it was November 8th,2016. It started with me voting for the president of the United States, 2016. In all honesty, I almost did not go. Until I got a text message from my father, basically telling me to get up and vote. My excuse went on to say " I don't have a car." My dad than replied, " Is the polls still open, have Phil, take you." I said, " I'm not talking to Phil, not today." My dad said " take a bus, roller skate ,hitch hike, talk to a neighbor, or ride a MULE, no excuses get there". That last one made me laugh. He than wrote ,Trump is going to win. He told me to read 1 Corinthians 15:51,52 behold I show you a mystery,we shall not sleep, but we shall be changed, in the moment in the twinkling of a eye,at the last trump:for the trumpet shall sound, the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

So I want everyone who is reading say Trump and Pence really fast. What does it sound like? Trumpets? Signs the color of red means ( The blood of Jesus) white ( Purity of Christ without sin) So I was thinking to myself, here goes my dad preaching again. Than he said STOP, Kristina listen. Remember red and white. Also remember the STOP sign. S means, Seek God, T means trust God, O means obey God, P means Pray to GOD. My father said " I love you, follow the stop sign. Remember each time that red and white sign and you see. Speak what it means in your heart. My dad told me that God will fill my loneliness with his LOVE. I love you, he will count all tears. Needless to say, I got my ass up and voted.

I showed up at 6:17 pm at Hummel John R Elementary. I was still was not sure who to vote for. My aunt Sandy from Texas sent me a message saying have you sent your letter yet to Jason. Jason is my daughter Kayla's dad. I said " I haven't yet. I wrote a letter, right now I am at the voting poll. I asked her who I should vote for. She said " If you want better jobs,and a better job opportunity." She also gave me a strong sense that she loved me and cared. I needed that validation from my family. I had a rough night, the night before. I am dating someone who worked for Clinton, and he was a inspiration to me. Lately, things have not been great. Like a fun roller coaster. only if you ride it to long you will be sick. He has really been the only person there for me lately. I thought about loyalty and what that meant. How he asked me to vote for who my heart told me not to. I was in the booth to vote. My last chance to make a choice of who to vote for. I thought back to the last time I spoke to my daughter Destiny. She said mom vote for Trump. I asked her why she said mom, "Clinton is a murderer. I asked her why she mentioned "she kills babies." I really wanted to explain more in to detail, to her that Clinton, wasn't the murderer. People choose to murder Destiny. She does not believe in abortion.The words of a 16 year old raced in my mind. Destiny, was my heart, so is Kayla. Than I glanced down at my drivers license, there was a red heart. Red meaning Trump.Red meaning the blood and stripes meaning healing. I put my vote in and went back to the car.

He said who did you vote for? I didn't want to tell him, I was afraid to I guess. I didn't want him to feel betrayed or thinking I wasn't loyal. We headed to Sapphires Comedy Club, 2016 Best of Las Vegas. Congratulations to the club and winning. We went in and put faces my boyfriend and I. He was Hillary and I was Trump.

The night went on we had a great business meeting with a guy named Jeff. We had been discussing ways of selling and marketing our business. Than I saw the bigger picture. Build your dream house it said. I was smiling only because it had a couch in front of the white board, and instead of NETFLIX I would be learning. I felt comfortable and he offered me a beer. The meeting went well and than we headed to the Golden Nugget to finish watching the election, and have a meeting with a potential client. My eyes got even bigger when I thought this could really happen. I could really have a huge business.

I was finally listening and as we sat there talking, I glanced over to see Trump had won the 2016 Presidential election. As I listened to Trump, for the first time as president. He said " For those who have chosen not to support me, which were a few people". My next guess I thought he really was going to say " Go fu#$ yourself". I was so waiting for that. I was finishing up my dinner and I got a text message at 11:00 pm, from Kayla's dad. He said " My lawyer get you the papers"? I felt like smacking him through the phone, literally. I said " No, your lawyer did not send me anything Jason. I'm so tired of fighting, I do not know why you are doing this." "So no, I did not get the papers." "Speak Like a person, not a dumb ass". He said " Well its written up, I'm sure u will get it tomorrow." " Like a person"?" And you are who"? "The boss, like Rick Ross." I replied. Anyhow, I got back to the house. I went over the night in my head.

I kept thinking what would the world want to see on the side of a bus, the side of a plane?!

How would people connect with me? What symbol could inspire people and want to purchase a ticket from me?

Tree, roots, rain, life, family.

Than I came up with Destination United.

Destiny being my daughters name, meaning the events that will necessarily happen to a particular person or thing in the future. Nation meaning aggregate of people united by common descent, history, culture, or language, inhabiting a particular country or territory.

Destination meaning, a place to which someone or something is going to be sent.

United meaning joint together politically, for a common purpose, or by common feelings.

I am so excited to come together, with a team. I am also happy to say tonight has been a true awakening is remarkable.

My heart is going into this post tonight, I hope you enjoyed reading this.
