Laughter is the best Medicine

A cop pulled me over and said, "Papers."

So I said, "Scissors, I win! and drove off."

I had to share it.

So many times the struggles of just trying to get there can be overwhelming. But step back and laugh! It is but a bump in the road.

When you're stressed and tired or just need a break, find your happy place. Find things that make you happy and make you laugh.

Do you like funny cat memes, silly dad jokes or some other forms of comedy relief? Then relax and let go. Laughter releases endorphines, the feel good chemicals in your brain.

So next time you feel your shoulders tense, your head aches and you're just plain bone-wear, Take a laughter break. Your body and your brain will be glad you did!

Now, repeat after me, "It's just a funny joke..." :)
