Task 1 of Course 2, Lesson 10 - "Create a New Blog Post"

It is 2:56 p.m. EST here in Ft. Wayne, IN as I work on Lesson 10 of Course 2. Wealthy Affiliate has challenged me to make a website: http://makeslideshowvideos.com

I'm totally proud of my site even though there is tons of work to do! I'm proud for applying effort to something I started here at WA and seeing results with all the learning!

I've stopped procrastinating and am reaching my daily goals! (for this last week anyway).

GOALS:

30 days (June 18th)

• Figure out how to post video to my review page. I use a video theme so I'd like to do it the same way I can add a new post to my blogroll.
• Have Make Slideshow Videos monetized with Animoto's affiliate program as they are the only software I currently use (Animoto hasn't approved my application yet).
• Have Bearded Black Men (http://beardedblackmen.com) up, running & monetized.
• Complete certification levels 3,4 & 5.
• Have verified traffic to my MSV site.

60 days (July 18th)

• Earning commissions on MSV & BBm
• 3rd site Happy Married Couple (http://happymarriedcouple.com) up, running & monetized.
• Have my boom & lav mics, plus wind guard purchased (for better audio)

90 days (August 18th)

• Have 100+ posts on each individual site.
• Have a real check/payment from one or all of my sites
• Have an excellent functional command of affiliate marketing.

6 months (November 18th)

• Generating enough income to cover my mortgage.

Now I may have to tweek this goals and/or break'em out a little bit but you get the gist. That's all I have for now.
