Do you mean to create one or just share? You can embed any youtube video on your website.
Embedding A YouTube Video Onto Your Site
To create one, I use powtoon right now for whiteboard creation.
Share. I know pictures have different usage rights. Some can be used on sites that are non profit, but can't be used on for profit sites. Are videos the same?
On youtube, the creator of the video has the option to make their video so it can't be shared. Under the video, click the share icon then click embed to get the code - if they don't want it shared, they won't have this option to embed.
The link I gave above shows how to put on your site.

After I followed the steps in course 3 lesson 2 my affiliate links come up as error 404 page not found. help?
You didn't like my suggestion, did you? But I gave you a sound advice. You're jumping the gun here. It's not the time yet for affiliate links.
I spent all day and night going throgh the training, following the steps and this was my first actual problem.
So that's how you got to Course 3 so quickly. Don't rush, go slowly, be patient. This things take time.
I think your right I'm going to go back some lessons and review, after some sleep. Thanks for the replies, it's nice to be kept a little grounded at times. talk to you later

When I was signing up for an affiliate program they asked for my social insurance number, is that normal or should I be worried?
Some programs may want this for tax reasons, I think when I applied to ebay they wanted info like that.
