Hello,
I have come back to WA after too long an absence, and trying to a. get my sites up to date and b. continue the training.
One of the sites, when I log in to cPanel,
I believe so, it's still showing me as a Premium member.....
It is the only Siterubix site I have, The others I moved across here to host and to build them.

Why is my back office (cpanel) blank?

talk to sitesupport - they should be able to guide you or even fix the problem Warwick.

just noticed on my site - admin access is via /wp-admin, probably won't make any difference but worth a shot.
