Chop Chop Choppin Away
So while I am sitting here in my truck in the steel plant waiting for heavy steel coils to be loaded I figured I should write something about my progress. (Boy, that was a long sentence) I have a feeling that my progress is much like others of you who are working full time. Two weeks out of a month my job eats up 96 hours and the other two weeks 120 hours. After a 12 hour shift there is prescious little time to do this. But I will and I am.

I am typing this on my android and guess what I just discovered I can't BOLD the text. Darn.
So back to my progress. I always get stuck on things that may or may not be a priority, like choosing a URL. I came up with a list of 52 for promoting Wealthy Affiliate, then I hummed and hawed for a week I think and even evoked the wisdom of Kyle our feerless leader. He said "You for sure don't need anymore URL'S." The bottom line is I had to choose so I read them off to my wife and let her choose. So, she chooses "www.GeneratingInternetWealth.com. Well that is what it's all about. Right? So fine, now I have my URL next is choose a Theme. I figured I would just find az many simple themes as possible and just pick one at random. I could as easily spent another week at this but I was beginning to realize something and so should you.
Just because we build our website doesn't mean it will be like that forever. I figure if the theme doesn't work just get a new one and move your content over. I am not going to sweat this. I am just going to go as hard at it with the time available to me. This is such a fantastic community with training methods that really seems to be working for tons of people. Hey I don't know how this is going to look, remember I'm doing this on my phone. I am just hoping you are as excited about Wealthy Affiliate as I am.
Gotta go, coils are ready.

Wow can I relate to getting stuck. I'm always afraid of making the wrong choice or I second guess myself. I finally got a domain name and my website. I feel like you if the theme doesn't suit me, later I can change it. Good blog. I enjoyed reading it. I can't believe you did all that typing on your phone. I have trouble typing on an ipad and it's bigger. Good for you for working so hard. Thank you for sharing.
Well, all I can say if you typed THAT much on your Android, you ARE determined and will MAKE it! LOL. It would take me 2 hrs to write that much! I have fat fingers (ok, and long nails). All the best to you. ~Debbi

I know what you mean Dennis. It's easy to get wrapped up in trying to get one thing perfect before moving on. I learned awhile back that it's an evolving process and can always be revised.
As for themes. It's simple to change to another one. I do it all the time just to see if I can make it easier for visitors to read and navigate around. When you see one you like just install it into the themes area of your website WP admin section and hit live preview. Everything is automatically moved into it so you can see how it would look. If you like it activate it. If not just go to themes and activate the one you had.
