Follow The Leaders
I have been involved in many organizations where leadership determined the success of the organization. Very few people will join an organization if they don't know the leadership or at least have some idea of who is in charge.
I so appreciate Kyle and Carson for the examples they set. I feel as if I know them. They make no effort to hide behind any masks. Especially Kyle. He is on Facebook almost everyday.
In lesson 1, the first things listed to do are set up your profile. Tell us who you are. Let us see you. Success in this or any other business is dependent on whether or not I adhere to a proven system. If I don't or can't follow the first directive, my chances of success are severely diminished.
If your profile picture is a car or a puppy dog, cat or starburst and I don't return your follow, please don't be offended. It is not personal. I just want to know that the person I am taking my time to read what they have written, is on the path I want to trod.

A lot of new people here are cautious and before they give more info about themselves, they first need to trust this forum, after a while, most of them are adding their own picture. Some need more time than others.
That is true Loes and I respect that.
