Seven Months, And Yes I Am Still Here

I cannot believe it it seven months since I found this community and decided to join. In that time I have decided on a niche, created a website, and worked on the training. However, in this past month my website and my activity within the WA community have been lacking a little.

You may have noticed that you haven't seen me responding as much to posts that others have written. You may have also noticed that my WA ranking has gone down (insert sad face). I know that our ranking within WA has nothing to do with our website and making money, but for me it was a motivation to move up in the ranks. I also was happy when I reached the top 200!

So why have I not been as active on WA and my website has been neglected? Believe me that was not intentional. I started my new job on August 15th, and I have been very busy with that. A lot busier than I thought i would be, even in the evenings! I am teaching preschool after all, so it's not like I have papers to grade.

My family has also been busy on the weekends. This year, it seemed like we had more going on on the weekends than we have in the past. So that has taken away some time from spending on email and interacting with you all and giving my website the attention it needs.

I wrote a post a while back about needing to find balance, and I am definitely needing to find that balance again. However, this weekend I will not be spending any time on my website and probably no time on here either, as my niece is getting married!

Although, my creativity and motivation have been lacking a little lately, I know that I do not want to give up on this community or my website. I have an important message to share, and want to continue to pursue it! I will find that creativity, motivation, and balance!

I felt this quote fit where I am at right now very well!

At night, by the time I get home and get dinner, I am ready to just relax and not think about anything. I am loving my job and much happier than I was a year ago! That is a definite positive and maybe it will help renew the creativity and motivation.

I wanted to drop a line and let everyone know that I am still here, just have not been able to be as active! I do wish I could say it is because I have been busy with my website, but that is not the case! It is my job that has been keeping me from being active and giving my site the TLC it deserves. I will figure it all out, though!
