Five Months With Wealthy Affiliate And A New Beginning

Today marks five months since I have joined Wealthy Affiliate. I have not regretted my decision one bit! I will say that this last month has probably been my hardest month since I joined this awesome community.
I have found it hard to write posts, mostly because I am not sure what to write about. With the niche I have chosen, there is plenty to write about. However, I seem to be having a problem. I have had a lot on my mind as well, so that could have something to do with the creativity and productiveness.
I did get my theme changed and am very happy with it! My speed is so much better. I do still have things I need to tweak on my site. I have some issues with my site that I need to figure out, so I may be asking a lot of questions very soon!
I did get another post added to my site today, and another recipe to one of my recipe pages. I am stuck on the training. I am on Course 5, Lesson 4. I have to do a review before I can move on. I have a book I am going to do a review on, but I haven't gotten through the book yet. Like I said, this past month has not been as creative and productive as it should have been.
A lot of what has kept me from doing what I needed to do has involved family, with some personal stuff going on and then the passing of my grandma. However, it was great to see family I have not seen in a while and have some time together.
This next month will be just as busy with some weddings we will be attending, my niece's bridal shower, and the beginning of the school year. However, I will make sure I get done what I need to do with Wealthy Affiliate and my website.

On that note, that brings me to the new beginning I mentioned. As many of you know from my profile and a post I wrote a couple of months ago, I was traveling an hour each day to work and then an hour home again. Plus I was getting up at 4:45 in the morning. I was exhausted!
I decided I was not going back to that job and was going to find a new one. I was hoping I would find one that would start during the summer so I would have an income, however that did not happen. And I really wanted to work with preschoolers again.
I found a preschool position that is closer to my home and will start my new position in August! I am very excited about this! My commute will also be 20-25 minutes shorter each day to and from work. That will be really nice! I will get home later at the end of the day, but that is ok!
Thank you my WA friends for all the support, encouragement, and help that you continue to give me! I don't think I would still be here otherwise!
Have a great rest of your week!!

Denise,
I so understand you! I have been terrible about keeping up on my website. I need to put a lot of time into it. A lot has happened in life the last few months and I just can't/don't want to/don't have the time or energy.
I hope to turn that around. I will somehow but I hope to be staring my last course requirement for my Master's Degree in August so it will be slow going on the website until November or December when I am done!
Jessica
Thanks, Jessica! That is totally how I have been feeling! I will also have to take a couple of classes since I will be teaching in a different state from where I got my degree. So that may take some time away also.
Congratulations on your new job and all the hard work you have done on your site. You are on the right track to success..
Marcel...
Great work Denise! We're at about the same point. You're doing awesome (I need to catch up)!!
I'm so happy you're going to start a new job doing what you love and that it's closer to home. That's really really great!!
Keep your chin up ;-)
So glad to hear some things are finally starting to come together for you, Denise. Wish you all the best life has to offer :)
