What is CPA marketing?
When you hear CPA you may think of a Certified Public Accountant, not in this case. CPA is a certain aspect of affiliate marketing.
It stands for Cost-Per-Action or Cost-Per-Acquisition. What that means is you get paid when someone clicks on your affiliate link and completes an action. The action can be as simple as a app download, but it usually consist of filling out a form.
CPA marketing is affiliate marketing with a twist.
How does CPA work?
In the image above you can see CPA is similar yet different from "revenue sharing". Revenue sharing is commission earned off of a sale. If you are an Amazon or eBay affiliate you partake in this aspect of affiliate marketing.
