I know you aren't supposed to post affiate links on every page, but does it hurt to have ads or banners on them?

Too many of them can definitely send the wrong impression to Google and the other search engines, but a few relevant ones should be okay, and like Dale said, could actually positively impact the user-experience, which will then positively impact your website in terms of SEO.

Not at all - in fact believe it or not, advertising (providing it's relevant) can actually add value to a page. The key though is making sure the ads/banners being displayed are relevant & enhancing the users experience, not disrupting it.

Yes it can as Robert points out ... especially if they have affiliate links

too much of it can hurt SEO

Yes it can. Especially if those ads and banners have affiliate links associated with them.

Nothing you can do Ryan. Site Trust goes up 10% per month. I have 4 websites, been here about 13 months and I can verify that stat. Looks like you are about to finish the OEC soon. Great progress in a short time

Thank you for your insight, Mark!
