knowing what you know !
Have you ever been in a situation, and you automatically react to it ?
I was discussing it with my (better half) the other day and mentioned how, when driving to work, someone pulled out in front of me, with no indication !
I reacted instantly to the situation !!!
The reaction obviously wasn't conscious (similar to being burnt with a scolding iron, and you pull your self away from the pain),...?
The question being,.........how many times in our lives do we react, rather than respond ?

It seems to me like our reactions are usually out of self preservation, whereas our responses are usually more thought out and often go against what our reaction would be. So...tell me... which, reaction vs response, is the most truthful? How often do they coincide?
Very deep thoughts for this early in the morning. LOL
Thanks for sharing.
All the best,

Reacting is more common than consciously responding to unexpected situations.
It takes practice to revert the situation but once it's done we take our lives to the next level.
I am personally in the process of self-awareness and have been noticing great improvements.
Like that you love the pic Cora !
And I do love points,....
Would love if you'd care to elaborate on why you think the point is great !!
(I never like to assume)

And it's a good thing we do automatically react. Apparently many accidents don't occur because we do react.
I agree Helen, although...
Have you ever reacted while having a conversation with someone?
These are the re actions that are interesting.
Cordially

P.S You can learn a lot from others re "acting"
Yes, although mostly on what someone believes. And that belief is wrong. What I do is, ignore it if it isn't harmful but if it is, then I find proof before I finish my reaction.
