The posts go directly to the blog roll.

You can arrange pages in order but posts go to a blog roll so they are in consequetive order.

As I understand they appear in some submenu. This means you have defined a certain page to serve the purpose of a post-page. Check this.

yes. top right corner of your editing screen.

If you want to add posts to the Menu go to

Screen Options and check the box "Posts"
then you have the option there like Pages

If that is what you are asking for.
