I know many people have the same or similar questions in their mind which is very similar like a Virus eating their confidence and people start losing their social interaction.
Engagement in social media like Facebook increases where they spend hours enjoying posts, pictures and videos. Social media engagement is good but upto some limit as their are thefts with social accounts as well. If you are also a social media user you should have some support who can help you atleast to fix your issues and keep you protected. Most of the Social media do not have direct support number but you can go with an authorized third party Facebook support
Symptoms and Answers- Question#:- Why do we feel like people don’t like us?:- Many of us start feeling myth that people around doesn’t like us anymore and must be talking rubbish behind us.
Answer#:- Have you ever thought about yourself that is there really something inside you which is bad or annoying. Do you yell or behave cheap with anyone.
If Yes, you need to fix this and if No you are having a Virus of myth which is just created inside your mind and you need to get rid of it anyhow because no one think such about you.
- Question#:- I am an old Man/Woman and nobody cares about me now:- Is it true that as we grew older people start losing interest in us and specially or spouse and kids.
Answer:- That’s true that people around us like spouse, kids, friends and neighbours start losing interest in our self but that happens with almost everyone.
Why you feel that only you, NO that happens with everyone. Still if we look around we may find many adults or seniors who are still enjoying their life because they never put such crap in their mind.
Many seniors still do parties, get socially engaged with people, travel to different places and try to fulfil their dreams.
So stop spending your all time at home and boost your life with boosters like travelling, parties, Computer clubs and many other activities.
Trust me, you can do all these and people are doing and even have happy sex life as well
- Question#:- I don’t look handsome/beautiful:- I am very sure some of you were waiting for this question as they feel that they don’t look good or pretty and have fear inside the heart to face the world.
Answer#:- What make you feel that, and if you even feel so and get depressed so why don’t you look and think of those people who are disabled or may be they are not good looking at all, fall below average.
Have you ever noticed them that how happily they live, if not take out few days and travel around and have a look on such people.
My dear friend beauty show be inside the heart, there can be many examples of people who are not good looking at all but are loved by many people. Because they are polite, helping, sweet, caring and good to everyone.
Please, we should focus on our carrier and family which will make us healthy and wealthy. Being tense gonna definitely make you upset and alone.

Hi Debbie, I totally understand you. I have been studying self awareness trying desperately to remain positive. My attitude is my problem and I realized that Me, is my problem. Whatever we think what we dwell on, our brain takes as fact. So I try to only focus on the positive. I still haven't figured out how to stop others from shoveling garbage in my brain, so I ignore a lot lately! :LOL I think it is a lifetime of training to stay in a positive mindset. This time of year is bad for a lot of people, memories of lost loved ones and winter is big for seasonal depression. I tend to focus on what going wrong and get frustrated. I hope it is never too late to change.

I think you're in good company. Getting out of our own way is a large struggle for most of us, myself included. Focus on good things. I wrote a piece specifically for this a while back. Write a postive afirmation on a post it note or index card. Finish the sentence 'I am......" Positive things only. Write 30 of them. Read them out loud each morning and again each evening. The out loud part is important. Do this for 30 days...or more. It will help to reset your thoughts and brains to more postiive direction. Limit your exposure to dream stealers. They don't serve your best interest. You can get through this. Christine
