It is not okay, never settle
Human beings make mistakes, and there is no doubt about that. When someone shows you their true self, believe what you see. It is what it is. Let us stop making excuses for people.
Today one of my colleagues said something in the office that broke me. I did not respond not because it was okay. I keep quiet because I have an exit strategy. I believe Wealthy Affiliate is my ticket out of this 8:00 am to 5:00om job
A plan means I know where i am headed. its taking a lot longer than I expected, but i will get there

It's horrible to have to work in a toxic environment. That's why I retired earlier than I had ever thought I would. Stay strong and leave on your own terms when you are ready and don't let them push you out--that is the mistake I made.
