Day 120: Why I Joined Wealthy Affiliate Again?

120 days ago, or roughly 4 months in the making, I bought WA Premium Plus through the Black Friday deal.

It feels so nice to be back seeing new features and an even bigger community. I've been in the platform in the past, but I realized there are still more to discover.

For today though, I just wanted to come back to that moment - why did I join Wealthy Affiliate again? I want to answer this question to understand where I want to go moving forward.

No, I'm not here to check my progress. I'm just here to reorient myself and do a conscious recall of the experience.

Why I Rejoined WA

It helps to recall and trace my roots when it came to starting Wealthy Affiliate in this current age (compared to 8 years ago).

This is not the complete list, but I can think of 5 reasons right off the top of my head why I made the decision to join:

Reason #1: Building a Career Online - At this point, I prefer the online world more than the physical world when it comes to building a career. And compared to getting a job for someone else, I prefer doing everything myself by creating my own online business.

Reason #2: Discovering AI - I wouldn't rejoin WA if it were just for the business training (there are many alternatives out there). But because the platform now comes with a state-of-the-art AI tool, I was willing to give it a try.

Reason #3: Learning Some In-Demand Skills - Coming from a freelancing root, if I could hone my craft at some key Internet marketing skills, such as blogging, copywriting, email marketing, and AI, that would give me a monetizable skill should I decide to sell my service to clients. It's a nice backup too if in case my current business doesn't click and I need income.

Reason #4: Growing with the Community - There's a huge difference between working alone and working alongside a community. When I see fellow affiliates also working on their website, building out their content and producing results, I know I'm on the right track to success.

Reason #5: Specialized Classes - Thanks to expert classes, I can make the most out of my stay at WA when I consume their content. I discovered a lot already at this point, and it's thrilling to know I could discover lots more in many areas.

WA is an all-in-one platform where you have the training, tools, and community in order to get to your destination, whether it be to earn an extra thousand dollars or build a life-changing income for you and your family.

Nowadays, I feel like I've been underutilizing it and could use some more exposure time just exploring the platform.
