Finishing Phase 3 in WA Bootcamp.
Wow... Just got to this part of my training here at Wealthy Affiliate, Phase 3 Lesson 10,
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/wa-affiliate-bootca...
I feel like I have been moving as fast as a snail these last few weeks, due to fighting the flu. I told myself, I had to get up every day and do something with my website, no matter how bad I felt.
Now I have made it to the end of Phase 3 and I get to take 20 days off of training to build, Build, BUILD my website content. I could not be more excited for this has come at a perfect time.
I realized I have been so focused on training that I have neglected other aspects of my business. Import things that I need to do and learn more in detail about.
As I was finishing Lesson 9, adding a banner to sidebar; I realized there is a lot that I still don't know about the layout of my website.
I also realized that I have more plug-ins than my site health likes for me to have, OUCH. I have not noticed a reduction in the load speed of my site but, I would like to learn how to check if I have 2 plug-ins that basically does the same thing.
There is not a day that has gone by since I joined Wealthy Affiliate in October, that I have not learned something new. I believe this is why I am so addicted and just can't stay away.
Not even the flu can keep me from my WA. A new banner slogan for Flu Season, tehehe.
Well, I just wanted to share my little accomplishment. I would like to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season.
Best Wishes,
Dana :)

Well done Dana. If you want to know more about plugins check out the blogs completed by Smartketeer. I have around 10 with no real side effects. It all depends on the ones you choose. Jim
Hi Jim,
Yes, I have recently spoke with Smartketeer about the plug-ins. He is awesome, love his training. This is actually how I know the ones I have are not effecting my load speeds.
I still lack the confidence in the technical side of my website. This is my goal over my "20 Day training break", to learn as much about the operational side my site and get organized.
Thank you for the support and advice.
Best wishes,
Dana
HI Susan,
I can't help it, I love what I am doing. This is the 1st "job" I have ever had, that I could actually lay in bed or on the couch and do something to move forward. Another reason to love WA.
Thank you for the support.
Dana
Great accomplishment so far, Dana, since I started with WA, I became addicted as well, and cannot be away from my computer, this program is really so great!
I hope you are recovering from the flu soon.
Take care.
Jacqueline
Thank you for the well wish. I am recovering slowly. Took the weekend off to recuperate but, still feeling under the weather :(
It was hard to stay away so I said to myself, "Slow progress is better then No progress." LOL.
Best wishes,
Dana
Thank you. I certainly will because, the community here is so supportive.
My advice to anyone who feels like they are losing inspiration should come spend some time in the community. No matter what the issue is there is always a solution here within the community.
Best Wishes,
Dana

Wow, you are moving fast to be that far in 2 months, I hope I can do as well.
You can do anything you set your mind to.
Someone asked me the other day, how many hours I have spent here at WA.
I told them I really don't know because, from the day I joined with my free membership, I haven't looked back.
I am disabled and spent most of my days either reading or watching TV.
Now, since joining WA, I spend my days investing in my future and building my Brand.
Some days I may only have the strength to spend an hour getting something accomplished. Other days, I may get on a roll and spend 16 hours getting caught up in learning something new.
That is the beauty of WA, you can move at your own pace. If there is something you don't understand, you can take the time to research and learn it without feeling rushed to move onto the next lesson.
Wishing you all the best,
Dana
