Isn't it amazing that when you put your thoughts out into the world that you get what you asked for? I have been asking myself over the past month and putting it out into the universe that there is something better out there for me then this daily grind and rat race.

My mind and brain was recently opened and exposed to the truth of the universe after i attended a recent Mind Power course held in Johannesburg by Mr Robbin Banks. It really helped me shake up my life and become exposed to the self talk we all put ourselves through and I started looking at new ways to change my life and create the life i had always dreamed about. I started looking at new business opportunities and eventually fell on the feeling of wanting to open up a new themed restaurant that South Africa had never seen before. I started getting quotes and looking at sites, designed my logo, came up with menu ideas and had the whole thing planned out except one thing... finances. Where was i going to find the 3-4 million rand i needed to open up this restaurant, who was going to believe in me and invest that type of money into someone who hadn't been in the industry for many years. The negativity shut me down and i decided to put my goal of a new business aside.

But there was still a nagging feeling, something was itching at the back of my soul, my destiny was yearning to show the potential i possessed and share this with the world, so my mind got active again. I started searching and asking myself, what does the world hold for me, where am i meant to go, how do i share my God given talents with the world. Then one day i came across a clip on Facebook, it was from a guy called Gary Vaynerchuck and it was probably one of the most interesting clips i had watched in a while. His sense of speech and calling it as it is, sharing his knowledge that we can achieve anything we put our mind too as long as we are willing to give it our all. He shared that it sometimes takes hours to get through to the success we wish for ourselves, that we are the ones responsible for our lives and that the only person standing in the way of our destiny is ourselves. I will share more on this and what i have learnt from him and other great mentors in my life going forward but this was just part of my introduction and to stake my claim.

Here before you all I state! I am a gladiator!! I am a spartan and a warrior destined for greatness. I will not be treated any longer like a rat in a maze searching and working for someone else's dream. I lay claim to the fact that my uniqueness is my greatest asset in creating my wealth, my ability to conquer my challenges is limitless and my potential to succeed is infinite. I AM THAT I AM. And i am a success and my journey is just unfolding.
