Last Day at Sedgwick

Today was my last day at Sedgwick Law Firm. I came in early waited around for my check and left early. My supervisor said it was okay. My last check included 166 hours of unused Paid Time Off (PTO). So I will be okay for a little while.

I have interviews lined up on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday so far. I am receiving many job alerts daily.

I did a skills assessment that was supposed to last 30 minutes, but I finished in 7 minutes. I got an interview email from them within 30 minutes. That's my Thursday interview.

On my way home I stopped at Chipotle and got a burrito bowl. It was really filling. No need for dinner after that.

One of the jobs is for a legal administrative assistant. Another is at a global records center that is located inside a cave. In Missouri that is pretty common. The other job is at a global service center. The two global companies have a large number of government clients. The legal administrative assistant job is likely to get me the best pay and benefits.

Wish me luck!

Yes. I've applied to 70 positions and I have four interviews lined up.

I hope you get the best one for you. Scott (stawhu)

I wish you all the best, Debra. The legal admin assistant job sounds pretty interesting. Here's wishing you land the perfect job for you. Please keep us posted.
